Please Note:

  • To participate in the conference, a Zoom account is required. We recommend using Zoom's desktop client instead of mobile Apps for the best experience. Participants should have a functioning Zoom client installed and a stable internet connection. Please make sure you have the latest version.

OSTI’s friendly suggestions for a successful virtual conference experience:

  • Stable internet access
  • Webcam and microphone for interactive sessions. Please mute your microphone if you are not speaking, as any background noise competes with the presentation audio.
  • If you are new to Zoom, consider taking some tutorials to familiarize yourself with the interface and etiquette.
  • Keep an eye out for handouts sent by your presenters and have them at hand during the presentation.
